The rooms at London Class Suits are so cozy and comfortable. I loved chilling in the living room with the satellite TV and snuggling up on the sofa. It felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bidet in the bathroom. It's just not something I'm used to, but others might appreciate having that option.

The apartments are very comfortable and the AC was a plus. I had a problem with the internet connection and they were fast trying to solve it.

No internet wi-fi: it is unbelievable that in a city like Sao Paulo they do not offer you wireless connection. They charge for the cable service as well... The worst thing though was the fact that they inform you that room service is available between 9am and 11pm but it is not. I called the room service at 10,45pm, I was starving, and they said: sorry, we just finished. The swimming pool was also closed.

We had a great stay at London Class Hoteis. The location was ideal, just two blocks from Av. Paulista, and the hotel is situated in a quiet street. Our flat was spacious and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and living room, each equipped with a flat-screen TV. The balcony was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and professional, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. Despite a few minor issues, such as slow internet and a late check-in, we were overall impressed with the value for money and would recommend this hotel.

The staff tried hard to speak English to make my stay comfortable. They we most flexible with room charges and even when I did not return for my last night's stay they did not charge me. The allowed me to park the hire care for free. They even allowed my business contacts who came to meetings to park for free. Generally, all round good service although breakfast was a little 'dull' but quantity fine.

The service / staff, the price, and the food / breakfast.

This was my 2nd time there. I always had an impression that some carpets need a shampoo, in the room I've stayed they need to be replaced. The bathroom and installations are also getting old.

Great location! Perfect for a romantic escape in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious and clean and we enjoyed having our own kitchenette and balcony. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from and set us up for a busy day exploring the city.

The hotel is in need of some updates as the decor seemed a bit outdated. The noise level at night was also a bit disruptive at times.
